1. Purpose
Gustatory is a flavor intelligence platform for chefs and food professionals. These terms govern your access to and use of Gustatory at gustatory.app.
2. Access & Free Tier
Gustatory offers a free tier with a daily search quota. No account creation is required to explore the platform. Usage is subject to IP-based rate limits to ensure fair access for all users.
3. Pro Subscription
The Pro plan ($19/month) grants unlimited searches, advanced filters, and PDF export. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pro access is activated upon successful payment confirmation. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. User Contributions
Chefs may submit flavor pairings via the Contribute form. By submitting, you grant Gustatory a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use your contribution on the platform, with attribution to your name. Gustatory reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet quality standards.
5. Liability
Gustatory is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of flavor pairing data. Gustatory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
